From your first phone consult to your first session and beyond, your therapist will accompany you through providing counselling support that is professional, tailored to your specific needs and goals, and a balance of gentle challenge and accepting right where you are.

SESSION FEES
50-MINUTE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING SESSION $150.00 (PLUS HST)
60-MINUTE COUPLES COUNSELLING SESSION $170.00 (PLUS HST)
80-MINUTE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING SESSION PLEASE INQUIRE
GROUPS, WORKSHOPS & PRESENTATIONS PLEASE INQUIRE
These fees cover the cost of the session, research and preparation time, continuing professional education, professional certification, and operational costs.

INSURANCE
Some extended health care plans and insurance companies will cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please be sure to check your plan prior to your first visit. We do not directly bill insurance plans but will provide a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
48-hours notice for cancelling a session is required. Should you provide less than 48-hours notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
